500 hour yoga teacher training goa india

This course is ideal if you want to complete your 500 hrs Yoga Teacher Training during one stay with us at the Yoga Village. The course runs over around 8 weeks (please check dates below) with a distance learning project for you to complete in advance. 

 You will join the 200 hrs YTTC where you will develop your practice and teaching skills within the realms of Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. This will provide the fundamentals of the practice in order that you can proceed to either the 300 hrs YTTC in Vinyasa Flow and Adjustments or the 300 hrs YTTC in Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow.

Changes to our 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course here in Goa include the following:
  • A more technical approach to Vinyasa Flow Teaching Methodology with more hours allocated to sequencing a Vinyasa Flow Class.
  • More hours allocated to teaching practice with heaps of time for peer to peer feedback under the supervision of our senior yoga teachers.
  • The opportunity to teach a full Vinyasa Flow Class to your peers, a class suitable to teach in studios back home upon leaving Goa.
  • A bigger focus on Vinyasa Flow as a morning practice, still overlooking the beach here in Goa.
  • A contemporary insight into the defining the soul and consciousness, looking at how Patanjali's Yoga Sutras can still apply to the practice of Vinyasa Flow beyond Goa.
